alligator country and icy ground
Hey all- heading off to Florida with Sarah to visit my dad and Rita. Probably head down to Saint Augustine, maybe Universal Studios (not much of a ride person, though - but it'll be fun i guess)
Man, they don't know how to plow in Indiana. The state doesn't get nearly as much snow as they do up nort', and when it does snow/rain/freeze, they don't salt or sand the streets down to the pavement. Or even try to. So, there's a solid inch thick layer of ice over all the roads with very little salt. makes for slippery driving.
There's a tree in my front yard that sort of sits apart from the rest around the area and it's got about fifteen sets of dog tracks leading up to it.
