A night of WaKin Chau~
Last night, I was able to watch WAkin Chau at PICC, it was a different fangirl experience 'coz I was in the QUIET part of the AUDIENCE. I was joined by a co-Jerry fan Michelle at the 3.5k seat while my two cousins enjoyed their 5K seat at seat nos. B1 and B2. So can you imagine how near they were? Yes. Two rows away from WAkin.
To my fellow fangirls, remember how we used to shriek when we made 1 eye contact to any of our fave artist? Well last night, my cousins, and thanks to their banner, had more than 1 eye contact and numerous HELLOs from Wakin. He kept on going to their side and I can always see Wakin making two thumbs up signs to them! :P Dichie gave him flowers and a box of red ribbon goodies, knowing none of them would bring such, 那是我們一番的心意。 Anyways, this guy loves to crack jokes and interact with the crowd.
Wakin was here since Saturday, Chiang Kai Shek Alumni Association had prepared too much including an Acapella with Wakin's [I'll be marrying you today], jamming with the school's guitarists to the tune of [ANAK], the performance of the graders with Wakin's [Kissing my baby], they performed all of them with Wakin! It was really awesome! I admit they're really talented! Most of all, Wakin allowed them to prepare something and jam with him! Wonderful huh?
Another highlight was, Wakin asked everyone who comes up and jams with him onstage to say their Chinese name, one girl said: "Hello! My name is Cai Yi Lin (Jolin's name in chinese)" Then Wakin asked: "Your name is Chai Yi Lin, (goes to the next kid) how about you are you Zhou Jie Lun(Jay Chou)?" Ngak! Nobody understood the JOKE. Kayo gets niyo??? Nyahaha... I bet you guys do!
A Wanderer's Voice is a Cantonese song performed by the late Sam Hui who was a very famous singer in HK way back in the 70s I think. This song was revived by so many artists including Andy Lau. Last night, because the crowd is Filipino-Chinese, not many could understand Cantonese, so Wakin's songs were all in Mandarin. I didn't expect to hear it but he began to sing: "Meng loi mo si..." then he pointed the mic to the crowd, 3 seconds passed away but nobody answered, until I heard somebody shout including myself: "mou keung kao"~ Then he pointed at my two cousins and said: "hou ye! hou ye!(great!)" and made a thumbs up sign.
Ansaya saya ng concert, parang ordinary performer lang yun dumating, sobrang walang FENNY na umaaligid! Pramis, kahit yun isang fan umakyat, tapos pagka-KISS kay Wakin biglang nagtititili, si Wakin gumaya sa kanya sumasayaw na tumitili! Ansaya ng concert! Totally Satisfied kami!

P.S. May nagpropose pa onstage! O diba? Ang kulet ni Wakin kasi may flowers na dala un guy, tapos sobrang kinakabahan un girl kaya nagstomp stomp siya, si Wakin ginagaya siya! Then may flowers pa dala un guy, sabi ni Wakin: "Actually those are my flowers, my fans gave it to me, I'm just lending them to you!" Tapos after magpropose, nalimutan ng guy ung flowers ibigay sa girl, sinigaw pa ni Wakin, "Don't give it to me, give it to her!"
