Dalat
Still in the 'Nam. Been in Dalat for about a day now. Probably take a city tour today or tomorrow. Its nice and cool weather here up in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. I suppose its in the mid 60s during the day.
Oh yeah, the lunch date a few days ago. She showed up with her mother! I was like, what! It was funny. I then found out she wasn't 25 she was 20! Anyway lunch was all right. Her english was somewhat limited and my vietnamese nonexistant. We went for a hand in hand walk to the market. Good conversation. She then invited me to go out with her and her friends that night.
We went to a packed club. Had a couple beers and danced with her and her two girlfriends. The floor was too crowded so i only danced to 2 pop songs. She was pretty and seemed nice but I couldn't really tell what she thought of me. I think I may have had better chemistry with her friend. She said she liked me, but after two dates I only kissed her on the cheek. Whatever. I'm cool with it and I'm happy about that. Happy that I don't get to crazy about girls I barely know.
