That disgusts me. Form letter, boilerplate text, no initiative on the part of the representative ("I personally have not heard anything" -- of course you haven't, dimwit, you're just one person in a huge corporation -- now track down someone who has!), not even addressing your concerns (hello? You'd like them to quit spamming you if they can't provide you with a useful product! You'd also really just like them to make it so you can listen to your purchased material how you want to -- it seems to me a modification of the DRM would do that, rather than stripping it out completely, because that's how my iTunes TV shows work). I've just sent them a rather long email telling them how sorry I find them and their company. I expect no reply, and they know they can expect none of my money, ever. I suppose it's fair.
