Last weekend was great. Friday was a LONG day...but then Ben took me out for a tasty salad at Outback, so that made it all better. Then Ben and I proceeded to risk our lives to drive out to Bresa. Zac called me and wanted us to go - and we wanted to go too, but I was worried about all of the snow we were supposed to get. After much harassing and Zac telling me that I am too old and that I just want to be an old married person I finally gave in. It really was a bunch of fun. We are going to learn more dances so we can get out there more often. Something about country line dancing in a barn is just so much fun! Can't wait to go back. However, on the way home it was a freakin blizzard. Seriously. We couldn't see the road, or anything else for that matter - it was a complete black out. The only reason we stayed on the road was because I could see the reflectors when they were like next to the car mirror. It was really scary. Note to self: If you know the weather is going to be bad, stay in. Even if it means you are married and getting old, it's okay. =) Saturday was pretty busy. Went with the fraternity to tour the St. Julian's winery in Paw Paw, only about 15 minutes away. I had no idea the biggest winery east of the Colorado River was so close!! It was interesting, and certainly a good time. After that we went home and got ready for formal. Formal turned out to be quite fun. Dr. VanderBrink and his wife dancing the polka, Shayne D.J.ing, and just time to catch up with everyone and have a nice dinner. Sunday was the same normal reutine.

I just finished writing my 7 page paper that is due tomorrow in my english class. Let's just say that engineering takes all of the creativity out of you. Everything is so black and white and numers seem to make so much more sense than all of this gibberish. haha. I don't mean to offend any english majors out there, I respect that, I just apparently lost all of my skills for creative writing right after I left Mr. McBride's class. All you Mt. Morris people out there know what I'm talking about!

Wedding update:
Invites just came in, they look really nice. Now it's time to get all the addresses in the computer and to start printing maps.

Next week I am moving into the apartment Ben and I will be living in, although he's not moving in until after the wedding. It will be the first time I will be living by myself, thank goodness it is only for 3 months. I don't like the idea of not having a roommate, sounds pretty boring.

Last night our whiffle ball team won. That means we are the only team in the league to be undefeated! woo-hoo. Team FAA kicks butt. Next week is the playoffs, we are going to go all the way. I took a few pictures of Anthony and me and Zac in our John Deere shirts, I will have to find out how to post them in here. Whiffle ball rocks!
