Twitter
I hate it! Only one person in my friends' list/reading circle post their daily tweets on their journals ... and I keep them there because they do another type of (very interesting) posts. Otherwise I'd have de-friended them long ago because, to be honest, I don't read the tweets. Is an irrational hatred, don't ask me to explain it :|.

Or, Blog Like Is The End Of The World. I was part of it in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and every year I feel like I could have done better. But I don't want to scare those who read my journal, so that stops me every time. Also, I think one day is too little. And yes, I did this year's with tweets -- surely a sign that The End Of Times had come :D (plus, I love zombies).

I like it! And I have invite codes again, so send me a personal message with your email address if you want one :). There are many things I like about DW, most prominently that there are no ads in it, and that I can very easily crosspost to LJ from there. I also like how users are more invested in DW than in LJ, although it is not expected of my to do more than post, if I don't feel like doing it :).
Ghostbusters
Oh my! From all the fandoms I follow, The Real Ghostbusters is the one that made me love hurt/comfort and smarm (m&m love, as opposite to slash's m/m and het's m/f). Egon and Peter's friendship is delightful in canon, deeply speshul in fanon. It also helps that this is one of the few 80's cartoons that took the fans seriously and gave them good stories plot-wise ... before the money making machine took hold and destroyed it all, that is :(.
Mexico
As KC can say from my comments to about half of the Mexico-related posts she makes, I'm somewhat protective of my country :P. I guess it is something most of us experience now and then: the need to explain why shit happens in our country (it is not always our fault, really! or not only ours, at any rate), combined to the need to make clear that not all of our country is like that.
