Blog Every Day April (BEDA) day 21/30
First, a community rec: dw_nifty (dw_nifty) is to find nifty things about Dreamwidth. It will work sometimes with Livejournal too, because of the shared codes and features.
Second, what am I doing wrong, guys? My bullet lists are acting weird (see the previous entry for an example). They look strange in both the Negatives Black and the Trasmogrified themes. OTOH, the < small > tags do work in the second one, but not in the first.
Third, in my previous post I talked about including crosslinks to crossposted DW and LJ entries without having to further edit. The thing is, entries only get their permanent links (their http addresses) after you've pushed the 'post to' button. So you've to create the entry, then coppy the permanent link, then edit the entry to include the link, right?
Well, I've found a way around it :). Unfortunatedly, it only works if you, like me, only post an entry each day -- because, basically, I am including links to the archive day, not to the particular entry. For example, today's two links include the adresses http://jerico-cacaw.dreamwidth.org/2009/04/21/ for DW and http://jerico-cacaw.livejournal.com/2009/04/21/ for LJ. Yesterday's were 20, tomorrow's will be 22 :P.
