Tone: irony
I'm getting TIRED of the relentless tone of "irony" used by the blogs I read: everything is coded, left-handed, and for those in-the-know. Pandagon is especially guilty of this, but it's endemic.
Irony is the rust, corrosion, and abrasive of communication. If one wants to get a point across, just fucking say it.
Of course, when their ideological opponents use The Irony Defense, these same blogs' panties indulge in a Force Nine wad. Feh.
