church and sex go hand in hand
The church I used to attend sent me an email today. It's one of those automated emails they send to all their members. From the looks of it, they are doing everything they can to get people to church. I mean, they do need that tithing money to pay the bills and their staff. Check out the festivities to come:

We plan to spend some time discussing homosexuality.
We will spend some time looking at the power of sexual secrets and how to get help.
We will redefine cheating, and look at the 12 steps to having an affair in hopes that we can avoid them.
And much more.
Attacking elephants? The power of sexual secrets? The 12 steps to having an affair? I'm starting to think I should go to church more often (or at all for that matter)!! It's too bad that my disillusionment with the money making atmosphere of church has kept me away for the past couple of years. It seems like I could have been having some fun! Well, back to doing what I have to do.
