Lost Items
I thought I had set these items in places that I'd be sure to find them when I unpacked, but they're still missing:
1. My phone charger
2. The little pegs that go into my bookshelves to hold up the actual shelves
3. Any CDs other than Peter Gabriel's Greatest Hits, which skips
4. The book I was reading (Leon Uris' The Haj)
5. Some medication I'm supposed to be taking
6. Any kitty toys
7. The bag I use to bring my lunch to work
Oh, well.
My fridge was delivered, though! And it came with an ice cube tray! So exciting!
I ran out and did two loads of laundry so I have something to wear to work this week and bought three bags of groceries. It's funny, I've been living with one of those little half-size fridges, with a freezer that's about the size of a glove compartment. The freezer on my new fridge is about as big as that whole fridge space, but I have nothing in it, except an ice cube tray!
Must find CDs.... The radio reception here is awful... Elvis Costello and static doesn't mix.
