Jeremy Renner Accuses His Ex-Wife of Misappropriating Almost $50,000 from Daughter's Trust Fund
Renner alleged Pacheco had transferred nearly $50,000 in less than 2 years from their daughter Ava's trust fund account.
Pacheco admitted the transfer to keep her afloat/provide Christmas presents/birthday gift bags and essentials for her daughter's bday party. $10,701.40 was taken out of this account to pay her property taxes for 6 months.
Pacheco she had run out of her own money as a result of legal (lawyers/child custody evaluator, attorney fees).
Their daughter’s trust fund solely purpose is paying for “all education-related expenses; extracurricular activities; summer school or camp; childcare; and uncovered medical and dental expenses,”
Renner’s yearly payments will not exceed $200,000.
Any leftover money from the trust fund will be available to Ava when she turns 27.
