(no subject)
so i'm in florida and it's been the vacation from hell. i'll possibly post why when i get back, but for now i have a story that is definitely worth sharing today.
we went to universal today, and for once i wasn't in a terrible mood. i've always liked universal, and i was pumped for Shrek 4d. after shrek 4d, my parents took the kids to go on the jimmy neutron ride, but i decided i didn't want to go on, i was gonna go off on my own. i start walking and i see the white jetta and the black dodge charger (i THINK that's the name of it) from the fast and the furious on display. as i walk around the block, i see the red rx7 from the fast and the furious (or possibly 2fast2furious, i can't remember), the orange dodge challenger from 2fast2furious (the 425hp hemi) and the green evo (one of the main cars from 2fast2furious). i'm looking at the evo when i see the purple eclipse convertible from 2fast2furious start driving towards me. he parks it next to the evo and i start talking to him about it (i asked if they were the actual cars from the movies and if the ecplipse was actually fast or just modded to make it look fast, both to which he said yes). then he asks me the question. "wanna take it for a ride?". i said i'd love to, but i'm not good at driving stick and i wouldn't wanna blow the tranny or clutch. he then asks if he wants him to take me for a ride in it. i said yes, and he puts the top down and we start driving around universal. we were driving around for like 10 minutes. all of a sudden in started raining and he said he should probably take it back.
i'm not even really a big fans of the movies, but just being in THE car from the movie was awesome. definitely something i'll never forget.
