What he's doing is in between the lines of illegal. He never crosses that line for anyone to report him. As for tracing him? You'd have to have mad skills to do that.

apparently he's still asking for underaged kids/women too from people lately. and emma/her mother. ughhhhhh. he doesn't stop. TWENTY YEARS. THAT IS WAY TOO LONG TO TROLL.

There's actually some theories that he's several trolls, that they just use the name. It's the way he reacts that seems to me like its the same person. The fact that he's asking for the same stuff after all this time is what leads to me think that he's mentally ill.

exactly. He now has a listing on fanlore, which is where I found the "theories". I still think its one guy, who's mentally disturbed. Probably mentally stuck at one age.

It's funny, though, I also found this group after he hit me up for a Sam Carter/underage male fanfic.
