The new job
Today I started my new job. I am the research assistant to John Gonzales, the department head for IDS at Whatcom C.C. I walked into his office and he suggests that we retire to the theater where there is a native american folk duo playing. We do. He says, in a down trodden tone, that though my primary function will be as a research assistant there will be some clerical work as well. Get this, when I ask him what the nature of the clarical work will be he says well there is going to be some video editing and a fair amount of graphic design (creating posters and flyers for his classes) with witch I will have total creative freedom!!! I said I thought I could handel it.
