Random stuff in this post, as usual these days I am sorry but there is nothing fandom related to see here:
This is the Christmas artwork I did over the holidays... Unfortunately I was watching Band of Brothers at the time and... yeah. Don't let me watch shows like that: first it depresses me, and second it makes me buy militaria on ebay. This was the rough (actual size).
And here's a detail of the finished version because it turned out pretty dark and you can't see everything in the small version. Everytime I look at it now, I think 'AAAAH I forgot the arm patch.' Militaria is serious business.
It seems what I drew over the holidays can be classified in two categories: men in uniforms & litte girls wearing cool dresses. I blame the dresses on the yeoldfashion tumblr, because it showcases some really cool clothes.
This one looked good until I got to the feet and disaster struck, so I was extra-careful with the next one. Before you ask, yes, I am too lazy to scan them so this is a picture taken with my cheap camera.
Traditional art! Made with real pens & stuff! I bought a set of promarkers and great lining pens with my christmas bonus and I'm really enjoying working with them so far. Next in line, actual Captain America fanart. On paper! Unbelievable!
