We are inclined to say No. Yara/Yamamoto does not count as intergroup because Butoukan is a regular unit that they are both in albeit not all the time. This would be akin to Ishigaki Daisuke's situation being in FiVe, Question!, and Flat Five Flowers. They may not always perform together, but their unit is not considered temporary.

To be extra clear, Yara/Yamamoto does not equal intergroup.

Hi! I have a question about pairings. Is het allowed to be requested/written?

This comes under the note to the Threesome Exemption. Het is allowed on the side, however, the main characters of the fic must be two or more J&A boys from different groups. I try will make this clear by using examples.

Good Inclusion of Het: Nino conspires to get Ryo and Toda Erika together. (See how Nino and Ryo are both main characters? That's good.)

Unacceptable inclusion of Het: Kame and Kuroki Meisa have tons of mad sexytimes and Pi and Jin get a passing mention as being annoyed by it. (See how the Kame and Meisa are the main pairing and the intergroup interaction takes a far back seat? That's bad.)

The trick to this is that either of these situations could work for this exchange if the intergroup interaction were the main focus and the girl was more of a background character. However, it is very important to note that this is not intended as a het exchange. For that, we recommend je_whiteday in the Spring. We also do not wish to exclude girls entirely.
