glad that is over. another box to tick -- and not sure yet if i've actually learned anything except what i don't want. it was just a bit too academic for me -- but i get it. the whole point of year three modules is to prepare for year four modules -- all having to do with leadership, management and supervisory positions -- in any combination of settings in the mental health sector. our task was to think about where we could see ourselves fitting in, what would we like about it or not and what unique would we have to bring to the setting.
as i am in india in private practice -- i thought more about having another practitioner in my clinic and how i could grow the practice.
im completely wiped out after five days of presentations on settings and what goes on etc.......
