On the way to the underground, on the way back, wandering around because she feels like it - Fang could be just about anywhere. She's pretty relaxed as she strolls about, taking in the city. Maybe she'll slow down to check out a shop window, here or there, or just look at some really odd sight. Feel free to run into her wherever it's likely for your character to be! She's the curious sort, so she'll be poking around.
At the very least she'll swing by the fountain for a while and sit on the side contemplating things, and after a while, ponder aloud: ) When they talk about 'funny business' in this town, they're really not kidding around.
