July 25th: The last day I work for Summer Bay Resorts...(Unless I somehow end up in Napa Valley's Summer Bay Resort...eh, not likely). The general manager doesn't want me to leave since I have been one of the better reps in the building, but he told me that the owner of all the calling centers has contacts in California...but it's pretty unlikely that they would make a calling center out there any time soon...In comparison to last year, when I started, it seems as though the telemarketing business has declined in sales. But that isn't a surprise since the economy is low, and the way gas prices are...I wasn't very interested in staying with the company anyway.
August 1st-4th: We (Joseph and I) are going on a cruise to the Bahamas, (thanks to his parents). Verrrry excited about that...Definitely something I've always wanted to do. We have an ocean-view, state-room...sounds good to me.
August 12th: Leaving Florida. Moving to Sacramento, California. Joseph has already found another S.B. he can transfer to, which is near the apartments we are looking at. We're in the process of picking an apartment/studio, and we've narrowed it down to about five different places. Prices are not so bad...and we have about 4-5months of rent saved up already...I have a feeling I'm going to end up spending about $200 bucks on stuff during the cruise...maybe more.
Other than that, I miss my sister (who thinks I'm in Italy right now) and will hopefully be seeing her sometime in October when I come back to FL. I can't miss out on HHN just because I move super-far away lol.
