Are any of you local folks thinking about coming to the suffragette event on May 29th? I have 5 people who are coming right now, but I'd love to get some more. Even if you can't commit for the whole time, you can come and go if necessary. Bring your menfolk and kids too - all are welcome! I have costumes that I can lend out if you don't have

I saw your invitation on the CG list and I've been waiting for my supervisor to come back to work in order to ask for permission to skip off early that day, since I've faithfully worked every Saturday for seven months. She's not back until Tuesday.

Oh excellent!!! I wasn't sure if you'd be able to ask for another Saturday off or not. I'm glad to hear that you might have a shot at coming! :)
