(no subject)
well the school week has come to an end for me! yes, its only thursday but im taking tomorrow off. even with monday off because of wilma i just need to take a day tomorrow to get things done. i remember back to last year when i took a "jen day" which got me in a whole bunch of trouble. not stopping at a stop sign, getting my car searched and just a crappy day after that...ahhh, the memories. but its all behind me now and life is better these days.
things on the home front are great and get better everyday. its gonna take some time but i know in my heart it will be worth it in the end. forgive and forget are so easy to say but im trying! my apartment finally looks more like a home too. finally unpacked the last of the boxes and made the spare room into a bedroom. yeah, we only have an air mattress in there but you get the point and maybe one day we will actually get a bed.
lets see, what else. good ole colorguard. guard has been a blur this week because tuesday i wasnt feeling well so i didnt go to practice and today practice went by kinda fast and slow at the same time. they are getting better and just hope they can pull it off this weekend. last to go on in the county...good times! im anxious to finally see apopka in person this weekend too. ive seen tapes and a few moments on tv but it will be exciting to see it live i guess. eventhough i feel like i was hardly there are did anything for them really. whats exciting for them is that saturday is the end of marching season for them but for uhs we still have a little less then a month to go. i just want to start winterguard so bad. speaking of...i have so much to do to get ready for that. i have to get started with all the PO's and ordering but i have to decide on colors and flags and all that fun stuff first. my mind is just so out of it these days.
well i thought writing would solve my boredom but i guess not. i should be doing my homework for my online class but im procrastinating and putting it off until tomorrow. go figure, me procrastinate? have a great weekend everyone!
