First Entry Ever! :)
Why, hello lovely people of LJ! I have broken from my shell. This is so exciting! After never having posted a single thing here, I am finally trying to get my head in the game! -dances- I apologize to the lovely people I stalk. Until now I have just been taking up space on y’all’s f-lists, but that’s all about to change! (I hope…saying and doing are two completely different things, I’m sure you know) I feel I need to contribute to this lovely community. All I really do here is read other people’s work, which is amazing, but I should really do more. Anyway, I already have the first chapter of my first J2 fic halfway done! I gotta tell you. I am a nervous wreck! Not only just because I don’t want to give you all crap, but this fic is using the names and appearances of actual people! I mean, sure I’ve written fanfiction before, but these are real people, man! What if one of them reads it!? Misha said himself that he reads some of them! I would be devastated! I know I sound stupid to those of you who write them all the time, but these are serious concerns of mine!
Moving on! Now, I suppose that this is the part where I tell you about my day and/or immediate future plans, right? Well, I plan on skipping my class tomorrow to sulk. Why am I sulking you might ask? Well, I FREAKING WORK DURRING THE PREMIRE OF THE NEW SUPERNATURAL EPISODE! I sucks. A lot. And what makes it really suck is that for the past four weeks I have had the exact same schedule giving me Monday’s and Thursday’s off (where I work everyone’s shifts change each week). I had no problem having the same schedule, but school work and art projects are really starting to pile up, so I asked for one more day off and what does my boss do? He gives me Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off! So I have caught all the reruns of Supernatural for the past few weeks, but as soon as the new ones start up again, he freakin’ schedule’s me on Thursday! I know it’s techn ically what I asked for, but still. Ugh. Whatever. I know I will be able to see it when I get home, but I want to see it when it premiers! Is that too much to ask?
Subject change number three. I’m not necessarily new to this site or anything, but I have no clue how to do anything. Does this site support the BBCode? If not, how do I make things pretty? I want to know how to post links, pictures, etc. I see the options on the top of this posting box, but is that the extent of all the things I can do?? Also, does anyone have any of the animated supernatural mood things that they don’t mind sharing? I would adore some, but I have no clue how to make them. Oh! Or even an old Supernatural layout that they don’t use anymore! Sorry for asking such redundant questions, my dears. I’m so lame, I know :/
