So, my last post ended rather abruptly. This was due to me becoming engrossed in a story about Faz's uncle and his four monkeys. Hilarity ensued. Then I looked up and noticed the time - 4 is when I leave to go home. It seems for every minute after 4 that I leave it's an extra 3-4 minutes on the road. I don't know why 4 o'clock is so magical; it just is. Hence the rushed ending.

Today, something interesting happened. I fell down the stairs at work. Hilarity did not ensue. Actually, I fell down one stair - the first one above the landing, and landed on my hands and knees, just the way I was taught to fall in skate class. It's a good thing, because I'd be in some serious pain if I caught myself with one hand, or just one knee.

Today is one of my last days to clean before Phil gets here on Friday. Since he's staying in my room, I want to at least make it livable - or as close to that as possible. In cleaning, I realized that I have this massive amount of stuff. I'm tempted to chuck everything and start over. Living simply definitely seems appealing, especially when having to clean, organize, and find a place for everything.

Friday morning I still have to go to the police station and get a copy of the police report and the addendum for the court hearing next Thursday. This whole thing is sort of surreal. It's like when people ask if I've ever been in a fight. My response is normally, "You think anybody would want to fight me?" (note: Due to lack of inflection, it almost comes off that I think I'm big and bad and tough. Not true. I just don't know of any reason why someone would "have beef" with me, I guess.) It's the same thing with being sued, although my answer to that question has changed.

I hate to say it, but I'm still quite addicted to KOL. It's sad really. I play just about everyday. I guess the really sad part is that I'm not really getting anywhere. Sigh. This reminds me of KH, which took me, like, a year to beat. And I still have yet to open KH2. Sigh again.

Oh, and another thing. I accidentally double paid my Discover bill. I could have sworn, though, that I'd only scheduled one payment. Poo. I've been a little out of it lately.
