I applied for a supervisor job at work

my supervisor is leaving the internet team to supervise another department so his job was posted. i applied for it with a quickness, i know i could do the job, i know how the department runs...my supervisor was always giving me little projects to do and i already track our incoming email volumes...that is the nice thing about being in a start up office, i've only been there 8 months but i can already apply for a job with a salary of 45k! i think there are a lot of other "transplanted" supervisors that would like to move to the internet dept. so my chances of getting the job may be slim, but i'm not gonna let on to anyone that i feel that way. i will exude confidence!

i hope we get a lot of trick or treaters tonight. i bought good hershey treats.
