For the next 30 days (until Feb 26th) I'm going to commit myself to losing weight and
getting into shape. The challenge is mainly to see what kind of torment I can put my
body through in 30 days and what the results could be. ;)
I can go without peanut m&ms for a month =)
So far so good. I'll keep my updates here.
