I just got word that my Grandma has cancer. Its called Malt Lymphoma and its attacking her stomach. They have her on 18 pills a day and its making her incredibly ill so she's in the hospital

He talks a little about death and life and the junction of the two. Powerful story. This tough, ex-junkie (and comedian) talking about the death of his wife. Powerful.
I know what you are saying and you're right--there's never a "right" time to be faced with death. It hurts regardless.
However, my grandfather sent the email on Saturday and if my computer hadnt taken a dump on that day--I would have read it and had my man with me and been able to cry on his shoulder and get it out instead of seeing it at work. Oh well. shit happens.
