Posting isn't too hard.. just make sure you're logged in to avoid confusion. Reply threads are always listed in little cascading lists like you see here. :D

Posting journals is super easy! LJ even has a rich text mode in case you don't wanna screw around with HTML. Their FAQ is actually pretty thorough and helpful and should answer most of the questions you might have.
