Last Minute Entry
Okay time to cram something together last-minute before I run off to class.
JWU has been amazing so far. I enjoy most of my classes, and actually feel empowered to be learning something other than required-by-the-school-district guidelines. It feels so much more rewarding and freeing to learn in an institute you had to work to get into, rather than forced to be there.
Though I cannot wait for this term to be OVER. :P
This is my most homework-intensive term. Only a few months to go... c'mon Thanksgiving! Get here sooner!
Next term I'll be doing more lab-oriented stuff, and you'll see me posting more to my baking/pastry LJ.
I do have some recipes to post (and it's all done by WEIGHT so go buy a digital scale for $40, no biggie... it's more accurate and creates yummier goodies.) This includes a chocolate chip cookie recipe that I loved. :)
But anyways... I'm going to pack up my books and head out.
And I had a splendid birthday. September 12... omnomnom. Best birthday ever. :) ... Until two years from now. :P
