packing up what i have forgotten

i have a place to live. Far Far away. Oaktown. The center of it all. and so once again it is time to pack, this and that. the that is most interesting. i have found an old journal and it is most insightful, so i have decided to quote from it, here and now.

"radio: provokes methodical convolutions of zoning out of mind."
"silence: produces epiphanies of zoning into mind."
"professionalism: uniformed loss of personality."

"that would be cool if there was this really old guy with a long beard and he shaved the letters of your name in it."

"how come every city in america has that same named street. where is the creativity that get us beyond Main st. USA"

"money speaks louder than suffering."
"sedans and station wagons"

"am i suppose to be the frontage road to you six lane high way, is that what marriage is?"

"she is just an old lad riding on a bike in the middle of the circus city, mind only on the shelf of the local liquor store."

"golf is just practice for being elderly."

"mango juice is so velvety and extravagant, it is completely extroverted."
"i like to use ambiguity to my advantage."

"why do things have to become complicated. simple...like a child. (the cats eyes are yellow. yes...so are mine.)"

"the sun sparkling on cars, they are moving, like the bay moves in the wind."

"i long to say hi to the people i don't know, while i hide from the ones i know."

"why is fate so predictable?"

"people on the street, you said you would live for me. i will. i will."
"if the how is understood then we can change..and then the why will change too."

"i am too much alone to be lonely."

"and she bit her nails, not as a nervous habit, but as if it was simply a job that must be done."
"nothing brings me happiness, but everything at once."

"my steps are uneven and my toes, there is a hole in my sweater, but if i roll it up like this"

"remember the sun shinny cars"

"remember the thin spider strings glisten"

"remember that the tree was alive all this time."

i hope that i might remember this me longer than last. it is a game i must practice at.
