Fireworks and Pirates

Not much has happened lately, although I have been able to visit my sister a few times and go to a few random events. For the Fourth of July, my family hosted a get-together for the immediate family and some friends. I had a fun time, despite bruising my arm when I went swimming. After an early dinner, a group of us went to see some local fireworks; even though we were too late to make it to the fireworks site, we got a pretty good view of the show.

Tonight, I will be going with some friends to a midnight showing of Pirates of the Caribbean at the El Capitan Theatre, so that should be enjoyable.
