Hands down, it would have to be Two. The entire season felt amazing, there was hope and delight and it wasn't crippled by its own overarching mythos.

Unpopular opinion time: least favourite episode is "All Hell Breaks Loose", both parts. Looking back, it's that episode where the loss of hope begins and things start to deteriorate. Ironically, it also contains one of my favourite standalone scenes -- Dean having a vision.
Next would be "Nightshifter". Seriously, this one just felt like a train wreck from beginning to end. Not a strong episode at all.
Then would be "Folsom Prison Blues". Ironically, this was the first episode I watched. I texted a friend and said 'this is boring' and she said 'hold on, it gets better'. It did, and the ghost was cool -- as was Clif. It just isn't one of my favourites.
Another unpopular opinion time: Next would be "Heart". It felt like the entire show was set up to get Sam into bed and I felt like he was cheating on Jess. The ending was just excruciating to watch.
And lastly, "Crossroad Blues". I can see it as the set up for the entire bits to come, but it felt forced and like the boys were phoning it in.

Madison. Seriously, she was boring to me.
Ronald from "Nightshifter". Just.... no.
Ava -- loved her in "Hunted" but when she went darkside it all seemed a little...predictable.
Jake Talley. I still want to put a sword through his heart.
The entire cast of Sin City.

Sorry, guys -- that would be Ten. I watched every episode, and will of future ones because I love the boys -- but there was no hope at all and it felt like the show was slowly suffocating under the weight of all the mytharcs.

"Soul Survivor" -- I was so thankful that they didn't keep Demon Dean more than three episodes. He was... uncomfortable... to watch. Although Jensen killed it with Dean and the hammer.
"Fan Fiction" -- this was enjoyable from beginning to end.
"About a Boy" -- This felt like an old school episode and I loved it so much!
"The Werther Project" -- Scary and showed just how far the brothers were willing to go for each other. About time they remembered!
"Hibbing 911" -- Jody and Donna! What more needs to be said?

And -- unpopular opinion alert -- I love Rowena. She's so twisted and I can see how Crowley was shaped having her as a mother. Also, the fact that a Glaswegian is playing a Scottish lady -- ABOUT TIME, AMERICAN TV!!!!
