Day Ten: One confession.
I am 41 years old and I still have 'imaginary friends'. Only now they're called muses. I end up having more meaningful and interesting conversations with these figments of my imagination than I do with my real life husband. And we bond over certain things. For example, with my latest one -- Dean -- it's over a shared love of music and the paranormal.
They may only be inside my head -- but they keep the loneliness at bay.
