I was scared for a minute that I had missed my second lj bday. But I haven't. It's April 17th. I'm not so good with dates. Birthdays, anniversaries, whatever. Today is Nina's 81st birthday but I didn't actually remember that myself ( Read more... )

I chose happiness over practicality last week. After the throwing up, the dry heaving, and the panic attack, I'm really glad I did it.

Happines > Practicality. Always.

1) I'm glad you are March madness-ing. I made the same mistake with my brackets.
2) Even though Duke is gone, you can still root for Memphis. We're the Cinderella team in this thing. Love us for it. ;)
3) "Final issue. I've never been so sure of anything. My only doubt is from my fear of being so sure." This is a perfectly rational statement. I understand completely. And, while I'm not an expert on these things, I think being overwhelmed is the point, at least at first.

Jenny. You have no idea how happy it makes me that you posted about Duke. I'm not sure if you know this, but i'm kind of a fan. I almost cried tonight. Oh, it killed me. I get too attached to them. You really just earned major brownie points with me.
