(no subject)
im going to attempt to update often. but we dont have a computer set up with internet yet so i have to use my aunts comp. anyways...we found this BEAUTIFUL house with the coolest pool ever. its rather expensive ($285,900) but its nice. we have put in an offer for the house but its contingent (sp?) on if our house sells in lincoln. so yesterday we had 3 people look at the house. they each spent about an HOUR there and no offers yet. my dad thinks no one is buying the house because my room is orange when its really because of the scary carpet downstairs. also the house we want to buy is in the Desert Vista school area. but Desert Vista is closed to transfers. so you can only go there if you live in the school district or have a signed contract saying you are buying a house in the district. problem is my uncle doesnt live in the DV school district he lives in mountian point. so we might have to go to MP for the first little bit and then when we get the contract go to DV. i think we should just not go to school until we can get into DV. oh and the schools here, twice as big! :( DV has about 2800 and Mountain Point has around 2300. and that is considered small. eek. and i still dont really know anyone yet. yeah ive met a few people but most of the people here are really rich snobs who look down on everyone. its rather sad. too many people in Phoenix arent very nice. wow school starts in...6 days and im not even registered yet. my parents are so well prepared...
