I really don't want to work today. I've managed to fritter away most of the morning while being mildly productive. So I guess that's a win.

And I got a vanilla cupcake and a chocolate-covered strawberry. But now I don't want the salad I brought for lunch, which I really have to eat today since I didn't eat it yesterday.

Aren't you all excited that my first post in over a month is about life-threatening details such as what I'm going to eat for lunch?

I have to say I'm surprised at myself for not documenting this pregnancy more. I really thought I'd want to write down every little detail. But who has time - or energy - for that?

I have taken a few photos, and may take more over the weekend, if we can get the giant box out of the nursery. That's all been documented on Facebook.

I have been using Facebook a lot more than Livejournal or even Twitter lately. The shorter updates are appealing, as is the photo sharing. But I find the communities on both Livejournal and Twitter to be more stimulating. I hate to sound elitist, but Facebook attracts EVERYONE, whereas Livejournal and Twitter seem to attract those who actually have something to say. Well, that might be going a little too far, but the type and quality of interaction is definitely different from medium to medium.

This entry has been brought to you by the letter K and the sudden conviction that I'm going to go into labor any minute now (though I should have a good four weeks left).
