If you missed my Facebook re-post here is what I think about breastfeeding: Suck It!
Listen, the only way I get through breastfeeding is to complain about it _every day_.
If I ever nurse again I will be sewing my own nursing cover and ironing on the following slogan: "Breastfeeding Sucks." Perhaps I'll make it reversible with a plain pattern on the other side for formal occasions. Or maybe the other side will read "What are YOU looking at?"
Nursing Cover Pattern conveniently included here.
Tips: lightweight, breathable fabric is best; medium/large pattern is good for camouflaging the lumpy, squirmy shape of a nursing baby; pattern should include some light areas to disguise spit up; boning is to keep top of cover open for breathability and for looking down to check the latch; terry cloth corners weight down the cover.
If anyone wants one, I'm taking orders. Or feel free to give me slogan suggestions.
