A few New Year's Resolutions
Eat better.
Exercise more (and in fun ways - like having sex. just kidding. unfortunately - haha)
Say the F word less often.
Be nice more often.
Refrain from taking the lord's name in vain - unless perhaps it's in gaelic, and even then i don't know if i'm right.
Be more productive (efficient, whatever)
Talk more good - expand the ol' word repertoire a bit.
Drink less coffee.
