this is not a good day for my heat to not be working.
last night was mad. decided to brave the weather to see old man leudeke downtown. i think we all got there with one half of our body frozen, our clothes only half dry by the time we left. all in all though, the show was very enjoyable, and cozy despite the dampness.
the way home was where the real adventure lied, escorting a very drunk friend of a friend home, who was so drunk she could barely walk, through snow, snow and more snow, wind, fallen power lines. i am pretty sure it took us close to two hours last night to get back to our beds.
this morning, i wake up, and it's freezing in here. i've turned the heat up to max, and i'm pretty sure it's not going to warm up. i guess it's time to make a phone call.
