Reds:

C -100

M +15

Neutrals:

C +15

M+10

Y +12

B -10

New Adjustment Layer ->Balance Colors (midtones) -12

-16

-45

Put it on saturation (100%)

New fill layer. Fill with #00041F and set it to exclusion 100%

New Adjustment layer -> Brightness/Contrast -

B: +15

C: +20

Merge Visible
