Made dumplings from scratch today for flat cooking, with the help of David and Harmony. I now appreciate all those people who make hundreds n hundreds of dumplings, like uncle Chu. Especially how he makes them all pretty looking and consistent XD Plus his dumpling skins are so nice to eat <3
