Summer! (and Hello! again, my friends)
It's summer!
Yes, I know that the official first day of summer is still two weeks away. However, I provide you with the following evidence that the calendar lies:
1) The sun is out! (when it is not hiding behind June Gloom.)
2) School is out for the semester! (Also, technically, summer school started yesterday. Which I may or may not be taking? More on that later - maybe.)
3) I have already taken a week long camping trip. (Definitely more on that later.)
4) Summer Reading starts this coming Monday.
5) It's getting warm enough that I need to be careful how often I leave the air conditioner on. :p
Number two means that I have more time to do non-school and non-work stuff. Like post on elljay. :p And read books that are not meant for teens - or, are, but don't have to fit into a certain category in order to prove that I have a well-rounded knowledge of the genre.
To sum up: expect to see more of me in the coming months!
