hitting the open road
In one week and five hours, I shall officially be on vacation.* This particular vacation is going to consist of me packing up my car, forgetting about SRP, going nomad, and heading up highway 1** until it either gets to be too foggy, or I need to turn the car around in order to be back at work by the Sunday after the one coming up.
So, I have two questions for you all, the second one being the most important:
1) Does anybody have any suggestions of what to see, do, eat, etc. that I must. not. miss?
(it's ok if it will eat up huge chunks of the nine days I have off, as the plan is to actually do this trip in parts. Part the second will commence after SRP ends. The number of parts is as yet undetermined.)
2) DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR GOOD SONGS TO PLAY WHILE DRIVING?!?!?!?
(please, no songs that have "road" or "highway" in them unless they actually deserve to be suggested)
* oh noes! now that I've posted this, a serial killer is going to get me!
Or wait, I think it means a serial killer has already gotted me. goodbye cruel world!
(er, except for the part will I will likely still be tweeting and posting, as I am not leaving the internets behind, just my responsibilities)
