who needs read only mode? if you ask me it only deletes long entries of the unknowing person who probably just wasted some valuable time writing them. did that make any sense whatsoever? is whatsoever one word?
i guess you could say that so far spring break has been interesting. the probe as usual likes to piss me off. tried to take her gian and missy to the chestnut hill mall the other day. we made it as far as the natick mall. then we decided that it would be a long ride to chestnut hill and back with the car stalling every time we stopped. so we ended up at tgi fridays instead.delish....that was missy. she also tried to add in things like cock and balls but little does she know that i read over my entries before posting them.
brenda just came over to visit me. for those of you who dont know i grew up with brenda. she is 23 and the closest thing to a big sister i have ever had. so turns out she has had a boyfriend for 3 months and she is leaving to florida with him tomorrow. love my ability to stay informed. i am happy for her. a little over a year ago she went through i really ugly divorce. ok story time. brenda is an emt and she met another emt, jeremy. the two were together 6 monthes when jeremy who is also a marine found out he would be stationed in japan. the only way brenda could go with them is if they were married. so they were rushed into marriage. i sang the ave maria at their wedding. a little under a year into the marriage brenda had to come home from japan to get knee surgery. well basicly jeremy cheated on her and asked for a divorce. sad really. the moral...it is bad luck to let me sing at your wedding. how do you think that makes me feel?? the one wedding i sing at ends in an ugly divorce about a year later. so oddly enough brenda has been on and off going to college and taking courses for a few years. well she decided to switch to nursing school around the same time i decided i would be going into nursing school. i do believe i will be the one to finish first oddly enough. she just had to pull herself out of school again to deal with the tedious details of the divorce. very complicated if you ask me. yey for rambling.
the grandparents are over right now. the usual grandparent questions, "are they feeding you at school, you're looking awful thin." this is the first time for years my grandmother has not had to wear bandages around her leg. basicly, i will spare the gruesome details, she has a circulation disease causing disturbingly large open soars on her leg. we almost lost her in november. her weight had plummeted to 100 pounds, she couldn't eat, couldn't function, the disease had just taken over her entire body. my grandfather finally stopped listening to doctors who had thrown their hands up in the air not knowing what to do and brought her to the emergency room. they made sure that she had nourishment for a few monthes, got rid of the infection in her leg, and did a skin graph. long story somewhat short, she is better tonight than i have seen in a long time. this makes me happy.

i'm very tired tonight. i fell asleep this afternoon watching tv. i think if i went to bed now...i would be out for the night. but i have to visit a little longer. ok thats all for now.
oh yes...i sure do miss silly :0( it's just not the same.
