Buying not renting
So I'm looking at buying myself a condo... It's two bedrooms one bath and needs to be cleaned up but otherwise in great condtion. I'm very excited because well I will own it rather then renting it. My very own place. I am currently looking for a reliable person that might want to rent a room and be my roomate for about 250-300 a month including all utilities except electric and 1/2 the electric bill.
