I just don't get it ... FEMA is kicking people out of the trailers sent to Mississippi and I believe Louisiana after Hurricane Rita. There have been a ton of the same trailers sitting in a lot here in Arkansas since that time, deemed unsafe for habitation I believe. However, now those same trailers are going to victims of the tornado that devistated a huge part of the state in Feb, and possibly to victims of the most recent tornadoes and all the flooding.

So what makes these suddenly so safe for people to live in now?
