this kinda bothers me:

We seek a qualified individual to fill the position of Assistant Site Supervisor. This position requires candidates who can execute a first-person male characterization.

It makes me mad cause I'm actually really qualified for this job and it's something I'd enjoy. Except how on earth can I execute a first-person MALE characterization? Maybe I should apply and show up for the interview dressed in drag. That'd show them.

Anyway, what do you guys think? For the most part this is a job that really doesn't require one sex over the other at a historic site where they almost certainly have other tour guides who can do a first-person male characterization. Is this just a sneaky way for them to only hire a man?
