R-I-T! MI-AM-I!
Soooo, RIT got killed 8-1 in the Frozen Four by Wisconsin. It was very, very painful to watch.
But it's a testament to how much the RIT fans love their team that we never sat down and we never shut up. Even in the final game on Saturday- we weren't even playing, had lost a good number of people that had to go back on the RIT bus, and were STILL louder than BC or Wisconsin. We even got a few BC and Wisconsin fans to join in cheering "RIT!" with us ♥ And the Miami fans were great. Hilarious cheers and they were wonderful sports. It was an honor cheering with them. This weekend was amazing!
Oh, and I got to help break a world record twice! Most people at an indoor hockey game- 34,954 Thursday, and 37,592 Saturday :D
More on that trip and fun times in Ann Arbor with Jess later. I have so much to catch up on! I brought my laptop thinking I'd find free wifi somewhere, but that wasn't the case at all. =/ I'm currently willing The Beast Below to download faster so I can get on with catching up with LJ.
