They FINALLY updated the Maria site, a week after they told me they would. Of course now it will become a game of refreshing my email until we *hopefully* get a confirmation. This is going to drive me mad. I will be SO pissed if we don't get them.
I spent about an hour today fighting proxy servers to be able to see Blue Peter on the BBC iPlayer[they had a small bit of footage from Journey's End], only to easily find the video I was looking for on Blogtor Who. Oi.
I hit up Walmart after work. I was wearing my Obama shirt, and one of the workers shouted "OBAMA OR DIE" at me. heh. Oh, and I ran into my new boss! I saw her at the cash registers, too. While it took me about 30 seconds to get through the self check-out, I ended up standing around for 15 minutes because none of the cashiers knew how to replace the receipt paper. x__X; Total failure.
Then I went to Arby's for food because I was tired and hungry. When I got home I found out Eugene wasn't coming tonight :( I guess that's for the best though, I have to wake up early tomorrow for work[6:30am, yikes].
I've been making a list of all the crap going on this summer, and I thought I would update on the list I have so far:
June 28-29: Home. Who on Saturday, dress altering, visiting the BFF. Joey's graduation on Sunday
July 4-6: Home. Doctor Who finale party with me-myself-and-I because no one in Syracuse likes Who D: I think I might make a TARDIS cake XD
July 12-13: TORONTO! Polaris 22, Gareth David-Lloyd, Barrowman, Medieval Times, Shoe Museum, China Town, Jess, Kassie-face, Katie, aka E-P-I-C.
July 18: Hill Cumorah Pageant! AKA MORMON SPECTACULAR.
July 19: Corning Museum of Glass!
July 20: Waterloo Outlet Malling!
July 26: RIT Darien Lake Trip. ONLY $20! :D
August 1-3: Saratoga with Weasley! Elvis Costello and The Police at SPAC. A horse race D:
August 18-31: Orientation <3
