Torchwood-o-mania
I was actually kind of disappointed with this episode. Yes, seeing Owen being geeky was amusing, but overall I wasn't that impressed. The story was kind of jumpy and the climax wasn't that exciting.
-I found it amusing Ianto has a diary, and the little bit at the end between him and Jack was hilarious XD
-Bryan Dick was a pleasure to see, though the hair was quite unfortunate
-Poor Rhys trying to get Gwen to remember him. They are very cute together.
-I love Ianto and Gareth dearly, but I couldn't help but laugh at how horrible the "I'm a murderer" scenes were.
-A glimpse into Jack's past, and some more on Grey. Obviously he is the buzzword of the season. Also, it's good to know pinwheels are still around in the 51st century.
-Jack knowing Ianto couldn't have done that, even when the lie detector said otherwise <3
-Laughed my ass off at the meditation-y scene.
-Everyone's stories were sad- Owen's got mama drama, Ianto remembering Lisa and how Torchwood and Jack have given him new meaning[AWWWW!!!!], Poor Tosh being lonely...
-WTF AT GWEN'S LINE.
-Jack kissing Ianto on the forehead <3 and giving general good-captainy-love to everyone
-Ianto took the pill right away, while the others were a little hesitant. I think that shows extreme loyalty
and onto Episode 6-
I LOVE THIS EPISODE. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. LOOOOOOOOVE.
-All the references to the Doctor and Martha being BAD-ASS in the year-that-never-was were epic
-The doctor hooked Martha up with a job, awwww
-The little convo between Martha and Ianto=love. XD "We dabble" !!
-Ianto back in pink, and the sexy!coat
-Owen and Tosh. Awwwwww!
-the Owen and Martha friendship. Cute :)
-Gwen was like non-existant this episode... surprise.
-Tosh gets no luck whatsoever. Her lesbian girlfriend is a crazy bitch alien, her WWII boyfriend has to go back to the past to get shot, Adam basically gave her love and then Jack had to take it away[at least she can't remember that], and now she finally gets her shot with Owen and he dies. *hugs Tosh*
-I FUCKING CRIED AT THE END. I HATE OWEN. I LAUGH WHEN HE GETS SHOT. But that was horrible. And everyone's faces in the preview, OMG. *hugs them all* I think I can officially say Season 2 Owen is a likeable character.
I'm a little annoyed with the BBC's new scheduling choices- While I enjoyed the double episode this week, it means I can't obtain the new episode for an extra 50 minutes. Which might be inconvenient next quarter since I have juggling on Wednesday nights :(
So I lied last post, the torrent I found of LA Without a Map was corrupt *sob* Though it will make for an interesting mission to track it down...
