Lovely little glimpse of Sally Donovan! This is exactly how I see her, I'm a bit surprised at the extent to which many people despise her.

The hate is understandable, but I don't agree with it. I sympathize a lot with Sally, I don't think she dislikes Sherlock out of spite.
